When the homeowner bought 83 Pepperidge Circle, she had a vision. The traditional split level in Fairfield’s University area checked off the “location” box, as it was conveniently located between Black Rock Turnpike and downtown Fairfield and a quick drive to schools, parks, and shops, but the house itself didn’t have all of the features she wanted.

By knocking down a few walls, repainting, adding recessed lighting, installing new windows, redesigning and installing a brand new and modern kitchen mirroring today’s trends as well as optimizing functionality and installing new hardwood floors, she totally transformed her home into a trendy, chic home with an open floor plan.
